“Strategies for a Happy Life”
In collaboration with the PDR Center and the PDR community, a talk titled “Strategies for a Happy Life” was held on December 15 at the Faculty of Education Conference Hall as part of the Positive Psychology Talks.
In the talk conducted by Associate Professor Dr. Gökmen Arslan, a faculty member of the Psychological Counseling and Guidance Department, it was stated that simple steps to be taken for a happy life would add meaning and value to our lives. Emphasizing that happiness is a combination of genetics, environment, and our actions, our professor focused on simple but life-directing strategies for a happy life.
The talks, which will last for four weeks, will continue next week with “Compassion: A Little Kindness to Ourselves.” We invite the entire MAKU family to the talks, which are open to everyone.
